merit: excellent service of a car dealership

This past Saturday I decided to help out my room mate to jump start his car and in doing so, my car’s fusible link blew out. I called up my nearest Subaru dealer, Somerset Subaru, located in Somerset, MA, to order the part and have it shipped to me.  There was a 40 minute trip involved and I really didn’t feel like making my room mate drive all that way. I was all set to pay for the shipping and handling, but instead, the sales guy offered to drive it right to where I live  and personally hand it to me.  That is excellent service. The next time I need a part, I’m calling up Somerset Subaru.

Today in 487 we checked out a very, very cool website with a few very interesting videos on an assorted variety of subjects, all very interesting.  I’m posting it for myself here to remember it in the future for some night when I find myself bored in need of legitimately intelligent entertainment, but do feel free to take a gander.
